    My first experience with Barrier Free was meeting a great sales guy[hope he forgives me for not remembering his name]. He was thorough, knew his product and was friendly[no force sales tactics]. He was able to set up an appointment for me to see a previous customer who purchased the product of my interest.
    The elevator, needed to go three stories, and be quiet.

    It is now about ten years later. The technician, Pete, has been attending to the service on an annual basis. Really knows his stuff...and again, friendly and very accommadating...always.
    An elevator is a big dollar purchase. Always has safety concerns, and quick response is the event of a needed service issue. Barrier free scores a 10.

    Bruce, the owner, has always been available, is kind and professional and should be a first choice if anyone needs any products from his company.
